Vistaarlogic, “the sole owner and proprietor of the SanghaNidhi mobile application” (App), is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of information collected through SanghaNidhi.
SanghaNidhi is a digital platform designed to accelerate the digital transformation of communities at the Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP). Aligned with the vision of Digital India, it empowers Stree Shakti Sanghas (Women's Self-Help Groups - SHGs), village organizations, cooperatives, NGOs, and other community institutions by replacing manual record-keeping with secure and efficient digital management.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard the information collected through daily operations digitized via the SanghaNidhi app.
1. Information We Collect
The SanghaNidhi App collects only the information necessary to provide its intended functionality and does not intentionally collect personal information beyond what is required for service delivery.
- User name, mobile number, email, address, and login credentials.
- Self-Help Group (SHG), Sangha, Association, or Organization details.
- Member information.
- Savings, loans, repayments, cash book, meeting records, and other financial records.
- Device information, application logs, and diagnostic information required for security and performance.
2. Purpose of Collection
- Maintain digital financial records.
- Generate reports and statements.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Provide customer support.
- Improve application performance.
- Perform backup, recovery, and security monitoring.

3. Promotional Communications
Vistaarlogic may use the App to display announcements, banners, notifications, or promotional content relating to its products, services, feature updates, maintenance notices, training programs, events, or other business offerings. The App may also display promotional content relating to trusted partners where applicable.
Such promotional content is intended solely for informational and marketing purposes and does not imply any obligation on the part of users to purchase or subscribe to any product or service.
Where required by applicable law, users may opt out of promotional communications, except for essential service-related notifications.

By accessing or using the App and providing your information, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
