Vistaarlogic is “the sole owner and proprietor of the SanghaNidhi mobile application” (App).
1. Concept, Purpose and Service Scope
SanghaNidhi is a digital platform designed to accelerate the digital transformation of communities at the Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP). Aligned with the vision of Digital India, it empowers Stree Shakti Sanghas (Women's Self-Help Groups - SHGs), village organizations, cooperatives, NGOs, and other community institutions by replacing manual record-keeping with secure and efficient digital management.
The platform enables SHGs to digitally manage members, savings, loans, repayments, meetings, cash books, and other financial records through a simple and user-friendly mobile application. By digitizing daily operations, SanghaNidhi improves transparency, accountability, accuracy, and operational efficiency while reducing paperwork and manual errors.
SanghaNidhi promotes financial inclusion and economic empowerment by strengthening financial discipline, improving governance, and enabling better decision-making through reliable digital records. It also supports rural communities in adopting digital technology, contributing to sustainable and inclusive development.

Disclaimer: SanghaNidhi is a digital record management platform (Mobile App) for community organizations. It is not a bank, NBFC, payment gateway, or money transfer service, and it does not process financial transactions unless integrated with authorized financial service providers.
2. Regulatory Disclaimer
Vistaarlogic is an independent software service provider. Unless expressly stated in writing, the App is not approved, certified, endorsed, sponsored by, partnered with, or affiliated with the Government of India, any State Government, RBI, NABARD, any bank, cooperative institution, or other statutory or regulatory authority. Use of the App does not establish any banking, fiduciary, financial advisory, or payment service relationship.
3. Promotional and Marketing Materials
Vistaarlogic may promote the App through brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, websites, social media platforms, videos, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Such promotional materials are intended solely to provide general information about the App and its features and shall not be construed as legal, financial, regulatory, banking, accounting, investment, or professional advice.
Any illustrations, screenshots, demonstrations, sample data, testimonials, or examples used in promotional materials are provided for demonstration purposes only and may not represent actual users, organizations, or live data unless expressly stated.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, use the App lawfully, report unauthorized access, and comply with applicable laws.
5. Data Ownership
All data entered into the App remains the property of the respective organization or authorized user. Vistaarlogic processes, stores, and manages such data solely to provide the services and does not claim ownership of user data.
6. Record Authenticity
The App records information exactly as entered by authorized users. Vistaarlogic does not verify or certify the accuracy or legality of records. Users are responsible for validating all information.
7. Information Security
Users shall not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, reverse engineer, misuse the App, or interfere with its security. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, software, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned by Vistaarlogic.
9. Availability of Service
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, internet issues, or unforeseen events.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vistaarlogic is not liable for inaccurate user-entered data, financial decisions based on such data, disputes, external banking transactions, compromised credentials, or interruptions beyond reasonable control.
Vistaarlogic shall not be liable for:
- Errors, omissions, or inaccurate data entered by users.
- Financial losses or decisions based on user-entered records.
- Disputes between members, organizations, or third parties.
- Banking, payment, lending, or investment transactions conducted outside the App.
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised user credentials.
- Service interruptions, internet failures, device failures, cyber incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Users are solely responsible for verifying all financial records before relying on them for accounting, auditing, taxation, regulatory compliance, or legal purposes.
11. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations, unlawful activity, or security risks.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable laws. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
